My daughter hates blue. She hates playing against blue. She especially hates Cyclonic Rift.

And she loves creatures and beating face. She also likes to have the big curve-topping angels, Akroma, Avacyn, and Gisela.

Hence, Saskia the Unyielding. I am still working on this deck, trying to find the correct balance of hatebears and judicious spell use. So far, the deck's biggest weakness is wraths, but mana-screw seems to be a problem, too. I am running a Sunforger package, too, but I am keeping in mind that Gaddock Teeg is a card in this deck, so I give preference to the 3 and less CMC non-creature spells. I do have a spare Sword of Feast and Famine I'm considering adding, but I'm not sure what I'd cut.

Anyway, our meta is decently casual, I'd say, but ... infinite turns have happened, especially with the mono-blue decks. (We have an Arcanis and a Teferi planeswalker deck, both of which do that.)

Anyway, here are the cards, by type.

I am starting to think you are right. I do like Grand Abolisher. Defense Grid I don't have, but War's Toll I think I do. I'll see about finding a Price of Glory. I think she'd like it. Any suggestions on cuts for more draw?

I personaly dont like this ones:

Akroma and avacyn (Akroma is plain bad (I know at least one user here that will disagree with me :) )and avacyn is too overcosted unless you are trying to get a huge advantage of the undestructible like a gedon or wraths you don't run)

I've mentioned cutting Akroma before, but it's something of a pet card for my daughter. And though this deck isn't running much in the way of wraths--most of the decks it faces do. My meta is quite wrath-happy, actually. So sticking Avacyn is quite helpful, for at least a couple of turns, which could be all it takes for Saskia. Eventually, Avacyn is always removed...

City of Solitude? It is a dangerous gamble, but can really solidify an advantage if you get a strong board state. Maybe also Ruric Thar?

You could drop Mogis, I think, for card draw. I don't know how much he adds to the deck.

I think you're right on Mogis, and he'll probably be coming out. Definitely need more card draw! I had Ruric Thar in the first draft of the deck, but as I aimed to lower the CMC, he got cut. Maybe he's worth reconsidering. I don't have a City of Solitude at the moment, but I do have a Dosan the Falling Leaf. It might be worth trying out. If it helps, I'll probably spring for the City! :)
