I'm just wondering how many people have pet names for cards at their playing tables. We've wound up with a few that people have latched onto and have really stuck.

Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker -> Marc Bolan
Doran, the Siege Tower -> Doran the Explorer

Drafts tend to feature some Bacon Behemoths at the moment.

And Dora the Explorer features in our EDH too.

Then there's Kabuto Moth->Booty Moth
Egg Bowl appears to be the BR prot white Outlander in some circles too.
And Prophetic Bolt has become Pathetic Bolt it seems.

We call Kederekt Leviathan "Triangle Man" because ... well he is a big triangle coming out of the ocean. haha
Triangle Man is so good at resetting the board, especially if he is in the yard due to uncounterability, he sees lots of play here.

Lightning Greaves has like 5 different names, lol

Actually, I think tempesteye misspelled "lose" but was deliberately calling it Marital.

We have a few, but the only one that springs to mind right now is Douchebag Marauders.

Why do you call Solemn Bob? I mean, I thought that calling Solemn Jens (after Jens Thoren, the man who designed Solemn after winning an invitational) was fairly widespread, and usually Bob refers to Dark Confidant (which is the invitational card designed by Bob Maher).
