Nah, we can still call him "Ziggy, Guitarmaster of Stardust". He does look a bit like Bowie, back about 20 odd years.

Those birds on the artwork is a nice touch. Just makes me squeal "haha he's about to draw 3 cards!"

I love the fact its worded in a way that its not just Coastal Piracy...but super-coastal-piracy in multiplayer. I also love the fact he's in Lorescale Coatl and Selkie's colors.

Did MTG:Commander/the EDH Council have any input on these guys? It'd be pretty sad if one of the MTG:Commander exclusive cards got banned from EDH...although it seems unlikely given they are being specifically tested for it. But you never know...

Since one of the RC was on the design team, you can be sure there's nothing banworthy.

What time do you expect we'll see these each night? (I'm UTC -5 hours, so maybe give me the info with that in mind, please?) I'm really looking forward to the next one.

So, its a Blue-Green Elf, with a library of knowledge, and his name starts with 'E'?

not a PERFECT fit, but my new nickname for him is Elrond. :)

If only he had white in his color-identity as well, he would totally replace Kangee as my bird general! (there are so many better birds that have all three colors, but I can't currently use them)
