this is exactly what i wanted to build... this list is very solid, i might have to play this one out myself.
EDIT: have you tried warp world? having 20 some odd tokens when it resolves makes profit.
I've debated trying it, but if I have 20 tokens on the board, do I need to cast Warp World?

I run Enlightened Tutor in my (very similar) Hazezon Tamar deck. I too struggled with the same decision, that or Grove. I went with Tutor solely for the fact that it finds Skullclamp, which you obviously know is an all-star in the deck...
I didn't even know Retribution of the Meek existed! Might have to pick one of those up!
You should consider Storm Herd in here too. What a fantastic finisher that card is, especially with Fires out or Anger in your 'yard.
I wonder if you might benefit from swapping out one Anthem card for Echoing Courage...
I'll find a spot for Enlightened Tutor, but I have no intention of cutting Sterling Grove for it. The fact that it's a tutor AND protection for Doubling Season, Glare, Bombardment, and all my anthems alone makes it better here. I kinda want to cut Selesnya Guildmage for it. I haven't found him very impressive up to this point.
Storm Herd is a possibility, but I really like my curve right now. I'll consider it. Possibly cut Godsire, though I really like the idea of popping out multiple 8/8 tokens. I actually don't have Anger in here right now because I don't have a sac/discard outlet other than Bombardment. I'd like to include it, but I'd need 3-4 solid ways to get it in the bin, and I don't think diluting the deck is worth it.

There's also Pegasus Stampede.
But the one card I kept thinking of was Sun Forger.
If you add Sunforger you can add Raise the Alarm.
Oh, and that dragon from Shards with Devour and Haste...
Don't like the idea of saccing my lands - more lands lets me make more tokens. Sunforger is really mana intensive and doesn't really add a whole lot. I have very few targets to fetch. I'd rather run Jitte if I was going to run equipment. Or warhammer.
I've thought about Predator Dragon, and I agree he'd be great for a RGB version focused on eating/saccing your tokens rather than mine, but I want my tokens to stay on the board if possible. I also don't fancy the idea of eating most of my tokens only to have him get Pathed/Swords/Terrored.

Leyline of the Meek seems like a good addition.
What is Retribution of the Meek? I cannot seem to find it on gatherer!!??
End of Line
Don't like Leyline mainly because it costs more than a straight up anthem if it isn't in my opener and it pumps my opponents too if they're playing tokens. In a tokens fight it boils down to whoever has more anthems, and I don't want mine helping my opponents if I can avoid it.
Retribution comes up fine for me on Gatherer. It's the perfect sweeper for a tokens deck.
