I think the creature count is way too low compared to the aura count. I mean, I get that you want to play Uril and suit him up, but you're going to be so boned if someone Hinders him. Now the vast majority of your deck does absolutely nothing, because the odds of having a creature (much less one you actually want to suit up) is so small. Instead, things like Mold Shambler/Indrik Stomphowler could come in over other enchantment/artifact removal.

I also run a beast package in my Uril deck that, while most of it is rare, could be substantially ported into this deck (Garruk's Packleader, Wirewood Savage, Krosan Tusker, etc.) There's also no graveyard hate, so a few slots for Relic/Crypt or something is probably warranted. I'm also seeing some sub-optimal choices like Harrow over Skyshroud Claim/Krosan Verge (although admittedly those get worse without duals to search, so maybe it's fine to leave them out in pauper). Since the list is at 94 if my count is correct (and only 28 lands, holy crap), maybe we should be applying the correct sideboard procedure of bad cards out, good cards in (and get more lands in there stat).
